These Guestbook entries are being posted online for the AFP to investigate. Using the Time & IP Address you will be able to determine which individual internet account was used to post these remarks. One remark attempts to solicit the death of person, I understand this is a serious crime no matter how "humerous" is was supposed to appear in the poster's mind.
It is also my understanding that it is a crime to impersonate the identity of another individual?
The poster has also posted personal information about me that is not available in the public domain, and subjected a party who has no involvement in this matter to potential nuisence calls or threats by repeatedly listing their telephone number and stating that it is my own.
Note that times recorded in server logs are GMT, add 10 hours for AEST
